Wow!! Beth is exactly what I needed to save my career. She is extremely knowledgeable of military law, and a lawyer who gives it to you straight! I used her for my ADSEP process and she never once sugarcoated any of the process to include her recommendations, the possible outcome, and her plan of attack. Her attention to detail is second to none and somehow she seemed to always made time to speak with me when I had questions or concerns regarding my case. If she didn’t answer, she set a time so we can talk and called at the set time! Seeing her at work during the board was so comforting, because she honestly didn’t take any nonsense and regurgitated policies and MILPERSMAN to ensure for a fair process. My family and I are extremely grateful that we had the opportunity for Beth to represent us and forever thankful. To be real, SHE SAVED MY 24-YEAR CAREER! Bethany was absolutely amazing in helping me for the past two years. I had served for over 20 years and went through a court martial and later a BOI where I was discharged out of the USMC with an OTH. I had lost all my benefits and retirement, adding to it, job searching proved a real challenge. While I was in the brig she regularly visited me and gave many legal updates on what was going on. The government loved to stall as much as possible with my case but Bethany continued to push back until we got the answers from them. This was a very long process before I got my case overturned but I am thankful that she was in my corner the entire time. Even after I had won my case and technically our contract was over she continued to reach out and help me with the continuous stalling the government was doing. I am completely out of the military now with an honorable discharge and all my benefits restored. As well as the restitution pay they owed me for wrongfully putting me in the brig. If you want a lawyer who fights for you and doesn't stop till she gets her answers then Bethany is the lawyer you want. Lawyers are never cheap but they are usually worth it. In Bethany's case she's worth every penny. My life is back to normal now and I can't express how thankful I am to have Bethany's help getting here.
