Dishonest has no ethics

This guy I cannot call a man. Very lil to call a lawyer. Lawyers are supposed to have dignity, honesty, integrity and honor. Which this person lacks. He can get caught lying and will still lie at your face. He will try to take advantage of you, if he sees you as ignorant. The lack of honor he has and dignity he has. Is so disgusting. He lies in front of the judge! (IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE). That’s right and when you say the truth. He looks at you with such a narcissistic look! If you had a case with this person and lost do appeal it a sue him back! I will be reporting his ethics and any sending recordings to the board. He likes to call people names around the hallways of the court. Even inside courtroom will talk about you. And say that you may have secret handshakes or bribe court staff members to win cases. While in court where things get recorded.

I just talked with Attorney Heckmann. He was very kind and willing to guide me at the initial consultation without even charging me the fee. Seems very knowledgeable and straightforward. I will definitely hire him if I have problems with my tenants in the future.

I did not get to work with Brian because my case was in a jurisdiction that he is not serving, but he returned my call promptly, answered his phone and provided me with referrals. I'm also a lawyer and I can appreciate an attorney who actually took time out of his busy schedule to talk to a non-client.

Not only he was Quick to respond, he is actually the lawyer that will respond to you. He provides concise answers and no fillers. His Fee is more than reasonable and is worth it. Mr. Heckmann is professional, courteous, and responsive

Very respectful and honest individual. I called him about one of my tenants and he gave he all the information I needed, took his time and told me to call back if I had issues getting the right form. And he did this all out of courtesy. Other attorneys will usually cut it short on a free consultation or be rude to you because you’re taking up their time. But Mr. Heckmann was very informative, nice, respectful and helpful during the consultation. I offered to pay him to submit the form for me and he insisted that I don’t waste my money. Instead he gave me directions as to exactly how to get it myself for free. Honest man. If 5 Star is a good rating, I’d give him 10 Stars if I could.

He is excellent, very knowledgeable, takes care of his clients well, keeps you informed of each and every step and brings a judgment fair to both the landlord and the tenant. I highly recommend him.

He's a liar and a cheat. Wrote up a settlement agreement in front of me, asked me to sign it which I did, told me he was going to get his client's signature down the hall, CHANGED THE AGREEMENT TO ADD A UD JUDGMENT AGAINST ME, an occupant who paid his client's family rents, and gave the altered judgment to the judge. Fortunately, the judge read it out loud so I could contest it. He's dishonest and un ethical... kept asking me to allow a judgment against me, who owed his client zero, and he wd seal it later so he could put an eviction on my credit report to ruin me. This guy is the lowest of the lowest and his relative's opinion of him should not count
