Rude and obnoxious

Brian was a delight to work with. He answered the phone himself, or his assistant, unless he was in court. Our first conversation he gave me some free advice on writing leases for the future. He was very timely in returning communications, even on days he was in court. He consulted me on how to handle a very nasty tenant, and as a result, we avoided an expensive eviction. He is an honest attorney, his charges are very reasonable, and he is fully conversant with the court system and personal in the Pasadena Court, so he can advise properly. I feel like I really lucked out finding him.
