Jeffrey quickly arranged a phone call with us. He had empathy and a sincere concern for the problem we encountered. Soon after the first phone meeting, Jeffrey Tsu did some research about the company and gave us some great advice and suggestions. The demand letter was quickly written and sent out. We then got a positive response from the company. We are very happy about the outcome. We would highly recommend anyone seeking an attorney in the Bay Area to go to Jeff Tsu.
