We are in the midst of reading Milner’s disastrous visitation/custody report & would be so grateful to speak directly to anyone with a similar biased/untimely report critical to our child’s future. Please reach out as we build our case for not using her!!

I hired marnie as a parenting evaluator. In short I would not recommend Marnee to anyone. She has issues with men that prevent her from being objective

I hired Marnee Milner for a parental evaluation in family court. It was so poorly done that I had to hire to subsequent evaluators to report on her report. They described her work in print has having a "gross confirmatory bias". The report was removed. Her report cost me 14K. The clean up cost me 20K. Avoid this woman.

I was originally excited when we retained Ms. Milner for our family court case. But during the time I worked with her this turned to frustration and dismay. Personal issues seemed to interfere with her judgement. At times Ms. Milner seemed insecure in herself and in her abilities (which should have been a red flag). At other times, she displayed overconfidence (possibly to compensate?). This was expressed in apparent callousness and disregard for the feelings and lives of the people involved in the case (my family).
During months that we thought Ms. Milner was actively working on our case, she was apparently doing little or nothing. She put everything off to the last minute, and even missed a critical deadline that she had specifically promised to meet. She seemed disorganized. At key junctures in our case, it appeared that Ms. Milner became confused and had trouble tracking complex information and identifying what was important. On more than one occasion, she apparently lost important information I had provided to her multiple times.
Ms. Milner was equally unorganized—and less than transparent—about billing. She failed to act on multiple promises to report back on costs and expenses in a timely fashion. When she finally did provide this information, we were shocked by the amount she was requesting, in light of the actual work she'd apparently done.
When we finally consulted with other professionals, many concerns were raised about the quality of Ms. Milner's work on our case. It took us months to undo the damage she caused. There is no doubt in my mind that we should have hired someone else.
These statements are my opinion, supported by facts and based on my specific perceptions and experiences with Ms. Milner.
