BEWARE, Mike Prozan is a HORRIBLE and DISHONEST attorney!!!!! I do NOT recommend him. He is the WORST attorney I have ever had. Mike Prozan does NOT care about your case details nor does he care about you. I paid him a lot of money yet he did very little work and did a TERRIBLE job. He did NOT even know the basic case details. He also overcharged me, and he is extremely RUDE. He will charge you huge amounts of money while doing the LEAST amount of work possible!!! Mike Prozan is a HORRIBLE and DISHONEST attorney!!!!!

Mike was extremely responsive and went out of his way to consult with me on contract issues I had. He provided examples of other cases and shared his recommendations. He is willing to communicate effeciently and not waste anybody's time. If I ever need assistance again he is my top choice.

We hired Mike to deal with a deadbeat partner in our little garage outfit. Due to naïveté on our parts, we got locked into a partnership agreement with a person (source of the evil document) feeling they were entitled to an equal share even though they did at best 1/100th of the work. Mike came up with some creative ideas on how to cut off the gangrenous limb and helped to expunge the dead weight so we could move forward and concentrate on engineering rather than having to deal with a disgruntled ex employee.

I called Michael this morning out of desperation because my attorney was on vacation and I had to have something done for my corporation. He was incredibly helpful, within 5 minutes emailed me what I needed, and if you can believe THIS.....no charge. Unheard of these days. I'm still stunned. What a great guy.

Having worked with several corporate attorneys and large firms, I was more than a bit skeptical. However, working with Mike is unlike working with any of the big firms. Specifically, he answers email, likes his job, and structures his business so that you can actually afford to ask him a question. In spite of working for a small firm, I actually felt more secure than when we previosly hired a top global firm. Mike has been in the trenches, is familar with startups and seems to actually like working with them. Mike set up our corporate entity, created our funding documents and handled contracts and agreements. Obviously, I unreservedly recommend Mike Prozan.

I am not a litigation kind of guy, and don't run my business that way. But my company was unfairly sued by a large overnight shipping company and Mike handled the defense excellently and won. He is now leading a malicious prosecution case against them. Mike helped me deal with my situation with excellent advice. He was able to quickly delve into the legal details of these cases and keep me informed. He also dealt well with a stubborn opposition that issued more motions than a go-go dancer to try and discourage us from proceeding. I have also used Mike's services for general business legal advice with agreements and contracts. He has a great deal of experience with venture-backed startup clients. I highly recommend him for any kind of business law needs.
