When I refer a client to Assaad Stephan for real estate law issues I know that they will be taken care of through his knowledge and experience. A recent client doing a first-time 1031 Exchange had a hundred-page commercial purchase contract & lease to read and approve, and with Assaad's expertise she was able to understand the contract and complete the deal on time. 5 Stars!!

Assassin Stephan is amazing for property disputes or anything you need to help with contracts. He helps ensure the contracts are fair for you and stops you from signing anything that might put you into a corner. Using him to review contracts gives you an extra piece of mind before you get locked into something you don’t understand or realize you’re signing. He’s a very genuine person and is someone who will help you whenever he can.
