The COVID pandemic has changed all our lives and created a problem that I could not resolve myself. I am a student at SJSU and have lived in a sorority house across the street from the main campus. Ara is a rare breed. He is straight-forward, articulate, and genuinely accessible. At our first meeting he laid out a few scenarios of potential resolutions for my lawsuit, and a year and a half later, there i was, with the exact options i had hoped for. Ara blew me (an opposing counsel) away. There were a million little instances where his research check mated any chance of rebuttal, and it provided me an opportunity to sit back and watch him work. I needed straight forward, and i what i got was an attorney who respected my wishes, spoke to me with respect, and achieved exactly what he promised. Our case involved a traffic accidental death of my mom being killed while crossing lake merced blvd. While the case was tragic Ara did all the legal moves in the book for us to help us in this case. We started by obtaining police report that was not being released by the SFPD. Ara persuded this from his end until we got the police report. He stayed professional through our case with working with the insurance company of the driver involved to corresponding to lawyers on the other side for reaching a settlement. He worked diligently on our case informing us of changes and or updates. He also has TV appearances on major cases in SF and knows the San Francisco courts well.
