They were warm and the staff did so much to make me feel at home and like family. The Firm went above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely thorough, technologically saavy and aggressive. The Attorney's and their team's are confident and constant in their ardent spirit and vigorous work ethic to achieve the best resolution and outcome for the case. I had no idea where to go for a divorce attorney and feel so lucky to have come across Kim Madigan. She is very professional and knowledgeable and effectively negotiated on my behalf on complex issues in my divorce in the areas of custody, visitation, and spousal/child support. Doesn't sound too complex at first glance, but we were dealing with everything from the ex insisting I have zero custody and even trying to leave the state with our son, to trying to involve our son in the conflicts which was not good. All issues were resolved without having to go to court. I felt like everything Kim was doing for me she has already done though, and she was clearly a step ahead of the opposing attorneys. Kim also set clear expectations with me up front and helped me understand the process before we embarked on it, and helped structure a custody proposal in a way that works with my busy work/travel schedule. Long story short my son is happy with the outcome and I spend even more time with him nowadays, compared to the time before I moved out, and that is the most important thing. Also Kim is so pleasant, compassionate, and easy to talk with and that helped greatly during this tough time. What also helped was how easy it was to work with this firm, they get things in writing and processed extremely quickly and the operation is modern and paperless. They have a great paralegal Annette and she helped a lot too. Highly recommend this firm if the need arises.

Victoria Lewis is an exceptional family practice attorney who was my legal counsel as I went through the process of divorce through mediation. She is compassionate, clearly explains the legal process, is conscientious in working through every detail to arrive at a fair settlement, and responds readily to all emails/calls. At mediation meetings, she was poised,articulate, and commanding of the situation. I retained Victoria Lewis as my consulting attorney to help me navigate my divorce. Even though things started out cooperative & friendly with my ex, the process was scary and intimidating and unfamiliar. I'm so glad I did, too. I never would have been able to make much sense of the paperwork, be aware of my rights, or advocate for myself effectively without help....especially when things suddenly turned uncooperative. Tori took my case seriously, was always available, and patiently explained things to me even when I was being an emotional dumbass. She was thorough when reviewing documents for me and helped me figure out ways to communicate with the mediator (as well as my ex) so that I could constructively push for results and avoid shooting myself in the foot. Victoria Lewis and the staff at Madigan & Lewis helped me through an extremely difficult divorce. I had worked with another firm prior in this process, with the result being sky rocketing fees and further distance from a resolution. Victoria's calm approach and focus on "getting the job done" saved me tons of attorney's fees and angst. Her approach was directly counter to that of my exes attorney's of being combative (and his fees increasing through the process). Divorce is a tough process to go through.
