“Miss represented he could handle a foreclosure case in Sarasota Florida. Took the retainer of $5000.00 and never did anything for the case. Even with doing nothing and having to hire different attorneys in Florida when settled and case was won. Requested any billing or itemization of the account to be turned into the Sarasota County 12th district court so I could be paid back for the retainer. Mr Trutanich did not turn in any billings to the court.”
