My case was back dated almost 2 years, which got very frustrating for me. There were many continuances, due to covid, and some I think were strategic. He charges a very fair rate (for misdemeanor crimes at least). In my opinion he is a very good lawyer and should hire a legal staff that will be able to 'do the little things' for him. Sometimes I felt like I had to remind him of certain things. But he's busy so I get it. All in all, Mr. Pickett is a very good lawyer and worth the money. He was able to get me a very favorable outcome to my case, given the multiple misdemeanor charges/cases I was facing. He will fight for you until the very end!
