Our Mom had Cancer, my brothers weren't getting along at all. We had issues lets leave it at that. It's easy to be a bully, especially when you can do it anonymously and the attorney can't fully respond because of a little thing called attorney-client privilege. That said one negative review in over 12 years of practice isn't bad. As for me and my family, our vote is for Joe. Over the years she has represented my family in many matters and we have always been vary grateful for her efforts. I highly recommend contacting Johanna Gomez to be your lawyer. .Several years ago upon the death of my in-laws, we inherited the conservatorship, including a special needs trust, of my brother-in-law. The conservatorship had never been required to file an accounting with the court in 20 years, but suddenly , they demanded reporting 10 years in arrears! It was a frightening, confusing and costly requirement. When Johanna took over our case, she guided us through the process, reassuring us, answering questions, and minimizing expenses. We felt safe, relieved and confident in her hands. Since then, Johanna has handled many other questions regarding our own estate and future planning quickly and efficiently.
