Not very trustworthy and seemed to have her own agenda above her clients Almost no responsiveness by e-mail, phone and seemingly never in her office. Tasks never seemed to get done, but the bills came in regularly. Months would go by without anything done. She might be knowledgeable, but nothing would get completed in a timely fashion, in fact, nothing was ever completed. Never kept me informed accept for billing and invoices.
