Excellent! After a bad experience with a previous lawyer, Roberta’s team helped me feel a lot more comfortable with the immigration process. The people are prepared, trilingual, very helpful and willing to answer any questions in convenient ways (through text as opposed to email or phone calls, for example). Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they answered my questions quickly and helped me feel more prepared to deal with things. And above all, they treated me like a person as opposed to a paycheck, it was very important to me to be treated well during such a vulnerable time.
