Work Comp. is STILL making my life hell and here 3 years later, my knees, STILL have NOT HAD ANY SURGICAL PROCEDURES. All Work Comp. has done for me so far is to get me terminated, from my 60,000 dollar a year job, for being gone so long. (3 years) I Salute Linda Joanne Brown, for her ongoing and unwavering vigilance and professionalism, for helping injured Employees to receive the proper health care and end case resolve.. The Mega Profiting Work Comp. Companies, labels and treat you, as though you were a "MOST WANTED CRIMINAL," because of your injury, Apparently, it affects their millions and billions of dollars of profit.. They get paid, to NOT pay You~!! Linda "SHOULD BE AWARDED" a "MEDAL OF HONOR", BY THE PRESIDENT, OF THE "UNITED STATES"~!!!!!

in 1996 I was referred to Ms. Brown by several medically retired L.E. Officers. I was going through hell with my city on Worker's Comp, that's until I retained Ms. Brown, everything then did a complete 180 degree I didn't feel any longer stressed about my medical benefits or the city's workers comp. trying to do their best not to give benefits and at one point forcing me to retire. When I say she is no nonsense, she looked at my file and told me; She's never seen a more accident prone person in my profession this was right in front of my wife too. She was even more aggressive and truly professional when dealing with the city and it's workers comp carrier. I did have to retire but on my terms and she made sure I was taken care of 100% medically afterwards. I recommend her without a doubt to any public safety person in need of an Excellent WC attorney!

Her protection of law enforcement and fire personnel is great. When you are faced with a disabliliy, loss of your chosen profession, loss of your life-style and retirement, Linda is the one-friend you can count on. The "Defense" can hire a team of lawyers, claim administrators, private investigators and so-called medical experts. You, the injured person, can only count of one person. In my case, that was Linda , ...and I didn't make a bad choice. She will watch out for you and your rights, when everyone else has turned against you. Linda saved me a lot of grief. Linda is up on the current law changes, and legal requirements. With all the changes in California, law enforcement officer need a smart attorney. Additionally, Linda does not let the large defense firm push you around. She would submit items to me, before I would ask for them. My case was involved and a total mess, but Ms. Brown took control and watched out for her client. Thanks Linda.

Linda Brown is extremely professionally competent, is extremely motivated in defense of her clients, and left me feeling that she was on my side (at times she was the only person in the "system" that was). I would recommend her without hesitation, if you should happen to need a workers' compensation attorney in Northern California.
