Our adult son was hit by a car while on vacation in San Rafael CA. We recieved the call the night before Thanksgiving 2022. We flew from MPLS to San Fransisco and got to the hospital where our son was. He was injured badly, after emergency brain surgery he was placed in a medically induced coma he woke up after three day's. We decided as a family to contact an attorney. My husband fell in a restaurant, 911 was called at hospital we were told that his hip was broken. We notified restaurant manager. We received a letter from their attorney claiming that it was my husbands fault not theirs. We knew this was going to be a difficult settlement. We called Neal Kuvara's because we knew that before becoming an attorney he worked in insurance and we were confident he would know how to deal with both the restaurant's insurance and attorney. It was established that the attorney's letter contained miss information about the fall also the fall happened where the building was not in compliance with the building code.
