La verdad no me está gustando como lleva mi caso de renovación de residencia tengo un año que metí la solicitud y asta el momento no resivo respuesta de ellos más que puras largas de que espere cuando ellos me siguieron que se tardaría de 6 a 9 meses máximo mis otros 3 hermanos pusieron su renovación con otros abogados y en menos de 3 meses les llegó yo ya tengo un año esperando y cuando hablo solo me dicen que espere más tiempo

When I contacted Summit defense they responded immediately. Rabin Nabizadeh phoned me about my concerns of being faced with charges that were false and misread by the officers. He listened to my story and understood immediately. He tried phoning the DA immediately and let me know the DA office already returned my case back to the police department, which likely not gonna come back to the DA office. To my relief no charges were filed against me. His reassurance and prompt response and action solved the situation very fast and accurately. I would highly recommend using his counsel.

My wife and I needed to set up our living trust/will and Amir was recommended to us by a family member. Amir was timely and thorough at answering all of our questions and explaining the mechanics of the living trust and will that weren't clear to us before we started the process of prepping everything. We easily found a time to meet him outdoors at his office in San Rafael to sign the documents. Amir is very friendly and easy to work with, we will definitely go back to him with any future needs. We appreciated that he mailed us a well-organized binder with our documents and a usb drive with a copy as well.
