I retained Mary Whipple to defend me against an unfounded restraining order. I feel she failed me because she was overconfident and completely unprepared for my case. I had to tell her when to object in the middle of the hearing, etc. and basically lost to the plaintiff who was representing herself. Pretty embarrassing I can imagine. In hindsight, and after talking with better lawyers, there were many things Mary could have and should have done before the case went to an actual hearing (mediation, SPEAKING with the other side, preparing the witnesses, etc.)

I hired Mary Whipple to handle my divorce. She helped me through a really rough process and we were able to settle things out of court. I appreciate Mary and the staff here very much for the help.
