Unfortunately I made the mistake of riding behind a novice rider on a new bike on a very challenging, twisty road. He lost control on a turn and went off the road, up the steep, rocky embankment on the right. He was ejected, and just as I was to pass by, his bike began to tumble down the cliff and looked like it was going to land on me. I went down trying to evade getting hit. My left arm and leg were broken, and my bike was pretty scraped up. When the police and EMTs arrived, I learned this guy didn't even have a license! On a lark, I decided to contact Russ Brown attorneys to see if I had any recourse at all. I filled out the contact form on their website, and was immediately contacted by the office. I had the property damage specialist, Alan Trujillo, handle my bike and clothing/equipment damage, and Ashley Grindstaff handle my bodily injury case. I didn't have to do anything but heal. Did a great job kept me informed great job

I had a motorcycle traffic accident (dropped a bike and slid on the ground in order to avoid collision with a car, car driver was proven to be guilty by police). Insurance company of a guilty party refused to compensate money to fix my motorcycle and was claiming me guilty despite of the police report. Michael from Russ Brown helped me A LOT explaining how to file a small claim and supporting me in this insurance “game”. After completing all the steps, insurance company took their words back and actually compensated all the motorcycle and health damage, which appeared to be even more than the cost of my whole bike (to be fair my bike is cheap) :) Thanks a lot Michael for being so responsive and helpful!!!

Great customer service

i just want to take the time to thank Daniel Ojeda and everyone else at Russ Brown involved with helping me with my motorcycle injury case. I found them online and emailed them my situation, I immediately received a phone call from their office, they then transferred me over to the local Russ brown attorneys in my area. The next day someone was at my house getting all the info from me about my incident and taking pics of my injuries, recovering my bike and also taking pics of that. Through the whole process I didn’t have to deal with anyone but them. They did all the leg work and helped me settle this incident fast and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone involved in a motorcycle accident. Thanks again everyone at Russ brown.

So I'm putting this post to hopefully help the next person when they go to look for an attorney. When I had my accident and called these guys they were great responded immediately had someone at my house the next day to document everything from my injuries and were very polite and professional and I thought man i was set these guys are going to take care of everything and I dont have to worry about a thing well was I wrong 1 month after signing my contract with them i had to make 2 or 3 calls to the office to get a response and when i did get a response it was me doing all the legwork calling the doctors setting up appointments to be seen etc. The part that I'm supposed to be paying these guys for. I went to their doctors and went through their xrays and mri companies not knowing that every visit was an additional 300 to 800 dollars per visit while beng told the more medical costs the higher your settlement Long Story Short its been almost 2 years since my accident and I'm still waiting to Settle my attorney Daniel Ortega was not as good as I think theyre companies reputation states. Furthermore the lady that hit me was found completely at fault at the scene causing permanent damage to my knees and hips all said and done i spent 33 percent of my settlement to a firm that did little to no legwork for me never went to court didn't even act like my case was worth it on top of that I spent another 17,000 on their doctors when i could have used my own healthcare plan but they insisted i go through them so what im getting at is dont be like me and choose the first firm research and know that you can get a full policy without any representation and I did not know that when i had signed my contract so if this could save someone from getting taken advantage like I did thats be awesome thanks for taking the time to read .

When you are hit in an accident? You are scared. What will happen to my bike? Will the doctors take care of me? What about my insurance?
