My consultation lasted about 5 minutes, but it provided 10x the value I expected it to provide. She succinctly and cogently expressed the challenges with my current legal strategy, and recommended an alternative strategy. Even though it sounded dubious at first, after we hung up I went reading case law and did 100s of hours of research and she was right, my previous strategy was perilous and the new strategy she recommended is rock solid. Within days of presenting my updated arguments to my other party, they have gifted me 95% of my demands without me stipulating or making any concessions whatsoever, and I am extremely confident I’ll get that last 5%. The only thing I regret is not calling her sooner. The more I learn about the case law and how my rights have been violated by the other party for a long time, the more angry I get (at the other party) and the more thankful I am for this attorneys help.
