We were in the process of selling our home and a neighbor threatened us with a law suit. Karyne was able to resolve our neighbor problem very quickly with just a couple of phone calls. She was very informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend her as the best attorney I have dealt with.

Karyne Ghantous is the best attorney I have ever come across. First of all she responds rapidly to enquiries and questions. Secondly, she is professional and knowledgeable in laying out a course of action. Lets you know the "whys" and "wherefors" in concise and understandable language. Third, she listens, is kind and doesn't rush you off the phone. If you ever need legal help in her area of expertise rush to hire her. Karyne is a super lawyer. I am the new president of a 142 unit HOA in San Ramon, CA. We recently recalled and removed the prior, long-entrenched board and are in the process of replacing out property manager and retaking control of the HOA. Throughout, Karyne has been an excellent adviser and a great asset on our side. The prior board, the management company and the prior HOA legal counsel we all in league together and had an iron grip on the Association and its finances. We inherited the house we grew up in from our parents, and for over a decade rented it out, until we decided we were getting too old to be landlords. When we gave notice to the tenants to move out, suddenly mold and other issues that they had told us not to worry about for years became major complaints that were raised every time we talked. Although we were not explicitly threatened with a lawsuit, the implication became obvious. We contacted Karyne Ghantous, and she took the entire dispute off our plate, handled all communications and negotiations with the tenants, and brought us to a reasonable and final settlement. At the same time, she was very supportive and reassuring. She gave us advice along the way that was obviously contrary to her own financial interests, and when we received the closing bill from Karyne, we were astonished at how well she had kept our fees to a minimum. I recommend her without hesitation for any kind of legal support for which she claims expertise.

I was served with a BS complaint from an individual that claimed to have have been hirt on my property. After talking to several lawyers I decided on hiring Ms. Ghantous. While I will have prevailed in court we decided that settling would be more cost efficient. Ms. Ghantous got me much better settling terms than I would have gotten on my own. She also eliminated any stress that I would have been subjected to if I had handled things on my own. Ms. Ghantous was at all times proficient, courteous, responsive and to the point.
