I fortuitously found David through an Internet search. This is my second divorce and was so distraught at the beginning of the process that I was not focusing and was very unsure. David gave me the strength and support to stand on my own feet and focus, make logical and strategic decisions while trying to make this process as economical as possible! All this while being respectful, empathetic, knowledgeable, quick, HONEST and ETHICAL! A very different approach from my first divorce. This was a very emotionally charged situation and David and his team were my guardians. He never backed down and did not put up with any nonsense but all in a very professional and respectful way. His associate, Linda, is so empathetic and articulate yet at the same time is made of steel! Both of them work quickly and seamlessly together to make the process move forward efficiently. Season is an ace paralegal and is also a very compassionate listener. Speaking to her during the intake process was why I hired David in the first place. Once I did, I could not have been happier! During such an emotionally tumultuous process, I felt cared for and supported and respected. They immediately follow up with you and keep you informed of progress in your case (even after hours and on the weekends in my case!). Though they deal with much larger and more complex cases than mine, I was treated with the same amount of attention, responsiveness and respect. I am forever grateful to David and his team for fighting for me and giving me my life back.

If you find yourself contemplating separation, consult David before taking further action. I wished I retained him earlier. In my case David was able to quickly repair the damage done previously, with speedy and successful court action that allowed a significant increase of time with my child which is priceless. David is competent, reliable, responds quickly, knowledgeable in matters of family court (he’s a certified family law specialist), and bills accurately. He’s fair, professional, realistic, looks out for the best interest of the involved parties, and he’s exceptional in presenting his case during negotiations and in court.

David has been excellent in handling my case. My case has quite some complication around the child custody while the opposing counsel is terrible in terms of the legal knowledge and experience which leads to a lot of false expectation and wasted time & resources.
