Overpriced. Hung up on me when he found out I was disabled and on a fixed income. Wants $100k to do what I've already done on my own. Only works in San Ramon.

I called Peter and refreshingly he was honest with me and told me my situation didn’t even require a lawyer and I could just pay the ticket. Other lawyers tried to charge me thousands for a $100 ticket and said it would follow me around for the rest of my life if I didn’t use their service and fight it. I truly thank Peter for his honesty and integrity instead of taking advantage of someone in a stressful situation. BEST LAWYER EVER.

Nerisha helped our family create our estate planning and every other legal document related to it. She is very detail oriented, extremely patient in answering all our questions and walking us through the process. Untrustworthy!! Do not call After he lost my case because he was over 45 mins late to hearing, he still insisted on collecting additional money from me. His incompetence or will to fail is evident by the fact that he couldnt file for a telephone appearance, but the other counsel did. Finally, when opposing counsel wrote a bad review of Peter Tuann, he actually called me the same day asking for a positive review of his crappy services. Seriously? Im disabled, he lost my case due to a purposeful lack of time management.

I have been frustrated for the issues with my tenant for a while. I called Mr. Peter Tuann Yesterday, Sunday morning two times for over 30 minutes. Mr. Tuann picked up the phone promptly for both times and was patiently listening to my issues and gave me so many good advices and immediately solved my problems. Mr. Tuann is an excellent lawyer.
