I gave Peter 2 stars before but now I have an update, I believe he is bipolar or take drugs. And watch out with his office staff they are super unpolite (they don't want anyone in there), they act cold and act like mommies reciting a script. AH and the receptionist, calls for the manager who is even worse. When I went to small claim courts I found out that he had not remove the eviction he initiated even when I told him the tenant had already gave me the keys, and I told him in an email and by the phone to remove the eviction. I am not sure, if he did this to create more chaos. or simply because he forgot. In any event, I am still considering suing this attorney for the default judgment that my tenant won, because of his lack of due diligence. Ah, and If you speak English as a second language he will not be kind or courteous. He told me that my English wasn't good enough, ??? I believe that he takes your money and then moves in a way to create more problems so he can continue on the case and when there is no more fight (as it was my case)he leaves you in the cold because there is no opportunity for more money.

I don't recommend Peter for Evictions, although he acted fast responding after hours, and I paid 800 to start. My tenant moved out late and destroy my apartment and send me 100 letters of harrassment. I told Peter to send him the final letter with the deposit. He wanted to charge me 200 more, and told me to do it myself. Well I this tenant sue me without serving me or him, so he won by default. Oh I got notice of the judgement. This happened under his watch. Had he send him a letter for the damages and file something in court this wouldn't have happened. I would have pay him extra. I send him an email asking for his help and to review my documents, he didn't reply for a week and when he did he got upset that I was upset and now I have to go to small claim courts and looked for another lawyer.

Peter was very patient in explaining my relevant legal issues in an UD case, and he even taught me how to be better protected. He is a good legal resource.
