The are so many bankruptcy lawyers available throughout orange county. What really made my decision going with Southern California Law Advocates and Norma was first of all the initial free detailed consultation and the number of 5 star reviews and reviews throughout Google and Yelp. Most of the feedback was very consistent with what I have personally experienced with Norma and her Paralegal Julie. This review is long overdue, but I would like to share my experience working with Norma and Southern California Law Advocates. In 2010 I was 4 months behind on my car payment and had just started a new job. My auto finance company would not accept any payments from me at all and were set on trying to take my vehicle. I asked for managers and higher ups, but they were honestly some of the most terrible and angry people I have ever spoken to. I needed my car for my new job and did not know what to do. I contacted Norma and explained my situation. She gave me so much information regarding my rights and the law that I was completely unaware of. She took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, advise me of my options, explain my rights, and immediately took action on my case to stop my auto finance company from being able to take my car. She was there through the entire process up until the very end and I am so very grateful and pleased with the service I was given. I learned a lot through this process and the value of having good credit. I focused on building my credit and now have a credit score close to 800.
