We hired Sharon to obtain a guardianship over our grandchildren. Sharon explained the process to us in a straightforward manner, prepared all documents promptly and we were able to obtain our guardianship. She answered our numerous questions promptly and thoroughly. We would definitely recommend her to others. Her kindness and compassion for her clients in unheard of in the legal field.

Sharon filed a Heggstad Petition to obtain order transferring Grandparents house back into name of trust. Their home was removed from trust to process reverse mortgage and lender/bank was supposed to record deed back into trust but failed to do so. Sharon obtained order and our family was able to purchase family home instead of it going into foreclosure and sold at auction. She was very kind, attentive, and walked us through the entire process. Our family learned a lot through this process and we are so thankful Sharon was there to help us.

Sharon assisted my sister when her son passed unexpectedly at only 50 years old. It was tragic and very emotional for us and Sharon was very empathetic with our situation and sincerely cared... that meant the world to us. Approximately 6 years ago we needed an attorney to help us gain custody of my wife's niece after her father suddenly passed away. We were very lucky to be referred to Sharon Anderson of Holstrom, Sissung, Marks & Anderson. We could not have made a better choice. Although the process can be very complicated, Sharon Anderson and her office have made it as easy as possible on us. She has fought hard for us, while at the same time keeping our cost to a minimum. For the last six years we have had court ordered reports that must be submitted annually, and Sharon has helped us every year. After 6 years it's hard to imagine that we will no longer be working with her office in June of 2012 as our niece will be turning 18 years of age. Sharon has taken care of us all the way, sometimes feeling like more of a friend than our attorney. Our phone calls to her office have always been returned promptly and the billing has always been clear and accurate. Although when we were searching for an attorney, cost was not the most important thing, we found Sharon's and her office to have extremely competitive rates and always felt that they were putting our best interests before their own wallets, something not so common in today's world.
