Look no further. I was in need of an attorney when my Workers Compensation denied my case twice. I was frustrated and worried. Steven Meline was recommended to me through a friend at my husband’s job. He handled my worker’s compensation case. He was always kind and thorough when I interacted with him.

I needed an attorney to take on Keenan and Associates, well known for their history of deny and force settlement.  I also had an old case, original injury 2007, past time limits for filing another claim due to disability that had spread from my original injury.   My 2 requirements were a law office that was Christian based and had successfully fought and won against Keenan and Associates. I incurred a work injury (herniated disc in my neck) in 2013 and initially worked directly with my company's Safety department, medical provider and insurance company. The pain was excruciating but I continued working almost full time. Having never experienced a work injury, I quickly discovered that the Worker's Compensation system is not dedicated to the well-being of the employee but, instead, on claim/expense mitigation. I tried working through "the system" for three months and finally could not continue due to the physical pain combined with the stress of trying to get appropriate care.
