Questionable decision-making and lack of accountability
“Todd's gotta go. Refused to investigate a child abduction stating it should be handled by family court. It took two years to find the abducted child, during that time she suffered severe mental abuse. Todd's no public servant. Corruption is the coin of the realm at the office of the OCDA.”
