Lack of professionalism and empathy
“In complete honesty, I wish I could give this DA office less than 1 star, for the receptionist just hung up on me when I tried to provide more information related to the Don Wallace case that may possibly* be categorized as "attempted murder." Wallace is a man who plowed through a crowd of at least 100 Newport Beach protesters (myself included). The tone of the lady at the front desk 100% did not take callers seriously let alone provide a proper goodbye considering her abrupt end and blatant disregard to the severity of the case.”

“Mike Flory deliberately tripled my restitution in a criminal case several years back. Just read an OC Register article that he tried to drop the hammer on others as well. Questions: why does he still work here? How does 1 get reimbursed for malfeasance?”
