I had heard about his busy schedule, and was surprised when he responded quickly and asked to meet with me. During our meeting, he spent time to listen to my needs. He wanted to make sure that the documents created matched my needs and desires. He empathized with my situation, and asked clarifying questions to determine his next steps. I was pleasantly surprised when he understood my desire to rush the process and complete it before a scheduled vacation. Our next meeting was to go over the documents and have me review them.
