I usually do not like to write these kind of reviews, however I am deeply disappointed in the services of this law office. After corresponding with this office for almost a year about a Bankruptcy, I was encouraged to consider a settlement... one reason being that if I were to do a Bankruptcy I would not be able to get my garnished wages back which after following up again recently, the same person from their office that told me that initially, confirmed I'd be able to get my garnished wages back up to 90 days had I filed Bankruptcy. Because I wasn't aware of this initially I hired them to help settle a debt that I was sued for only to find out close to a month of my case sitting on ice and me having to initate most of the correspondence, I was told I needed to offer the opposing attorney a settlement amount greater than what I am already being garnished or a lump sum to settle. Obviously I cannot afford either which was the whole point of hiring them to help me settle at an amount I could actually afford. Had I have known that up front I would have saved myself the money I paid for a settlement because not only was my case never settled, the wage garnishment reduction that was "negoatiated" was actually higher than what the opposing counsel orginally offered to negotiate. At this point, I've endured my paycheck being garnished for 3 months when I could have filed Bankruptcy months ago, stopping the garnishment and relieving my family of stress. Now I've had to spend more money to hire a different law office to finally help me file bankruptcy which I should have done from the very begining. Of course this law office wanted to charge me seperately to file bankruptcy on top of the money I just threw away for a "settlement" they didn't even help me with.

From onset Teresa Crawford was so tentative, compassionate, patience, and understanding to me and my situations. After our conversation she helped put me at ease and feels there is light behind that dark tunnel. My first visit to the office, was greeted by Naomi Gomez, she’s made me feel right at home. And my Attorney: Noha Gabra she made me feel as if am utmost important. With hectic and busy schedule, I never had any problems reached/communicate with me. She also very through in every thing. Saul Mendez! Surprise that he not sick of me yet. I constantly texted, called every time I have a question or not understanding what I read and must more…I thank to God each day for the whole office not just those named above but there are others working behind the scenes to help me. My case results much sooner than expected. Fitzgerald and Campbell is a great firm! I cannot express how grateful I am for their services. This past summer I received notice that I had an outstanding debt that had accrued to double from its original amount. I felt hopeless and devastated and knew that I could not go at this alone. This review reflex on Mrs. Luz Rodriguez from Fitzgerald and Campbell for her unprofessionalism on the way she treats customers when she should try to help people and the community despise her having a bad day or any issue she can be dealing with . Her unprofessionalism has just caused you to lose a customer . If you care about your name and business retrain your staff to treat people with respect and kindness as we come to you and pay for a service not get anything for free and do to customer business thats how you have a job Mrs. Rodriguez. Alma (case manager) and William (lawyer) were representing me on 2 of my cases. I cannot understate how professional and positive my experience working with both of them were. Alma would provide frequent check ins to make sure time sensitive responses were collected, and she was very friendly, courteous and professional. William was able to work diligently on my case which resulted in a positive resolution. From the onboarding to the walk through, this firm was very experienced and know what they are doing. Both cases were settled successfully and saved me quite a bit of time and money. The client portal was a nice touch and everyone there was very understanding and worked with me to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend their services.

I was faced with a judgment in the excess of $148,000 on a home equity line of credit that was recorded back in 2005 for a home that was foreclosed upon back in 2009.
