Fitzgerald & Campbell, APLC is a legal firm that helps citizens who have insurmountable and overwhelming debt problems. I was in that category. Initially, I called the firm hoping to to get help with filing bankruptcy. I just could not foresee any other way out of my dilemma…until I spoke with this very erudite, and compassionately composed gentleman named Mr. Fitzgerald. After analyzing my situation, he advised me to allow his Team to work with my creditors on my behalf in order to pay off my debts. I agreed.. THEN! The Bottom Fell out! I could no longer afford to pay for his services. I am a Veteran’s Widow, who at the time was caring for my elderly Mom. I called the office, and explained my situation, thinking, “Oh Well, I guess I will be in debtors prison.” I’m Serious. What happened next, BLEW MY MIND! I explained my situation to Mr. Fitzgerald, and he said “don’t worry, we will cover All of your legal fees, We are going to see you through this.” I thanked him profusely, hung up the phone, and PRAISED GOD ALMIGHTY, IN THE NAME OF JESUS! That was a little over five years ago, to date. Today, on May 19, 2022, I am humbly proud to say, with the help Of Mr. Fitzgerald, and one of his Outstandingly kind and Ultra-Professional assistant attorneys, Ms. Monica Mata, my last creditor was adjudicated today, and I am “Debt Free!” So, anyone who is having debt problems, and/or creditor harassment , CALL Fitzgerald & Campbell. For years I have been fighting closed accounts and delinquency due to medical issues I had to at back in 2018/2019. I was unable to work and unable to make payments, and so banks chose to close my accounts as soon as they could. I only managed to salvage two accounts out of the seven I had open. F&C have worked tirelessly with me to resolve these matters and to provide me a safe, comforting place. They took care of my case in a timely matter it got resolved the opposed council got paid and the settlement was taken care of. Overall they help there client’s well they consider you and hear you out to take care of your case. I was pleased to work with them.

Amazing experience with the entire team. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t sugar coat anything and worked with me expeditiously. I would definitely recommend it if you’re like me and don’t have time to be on the phone but prefer other methods on communication that works for your work schedule.

My experience with April Bayonne was excellent. I had an abstract judgment since 2005 over a co-sign for my daughter. It had become so high after many attempts and many attorneys, I didn’t know what to do.I hired lawyers in the past that couldn’t help me. I did a Google search and found Fitzgerald & Campbell. I wanted to file chapter 13, but April said a settlement would be in my best interest. She stayed on the creditors till we got an offer, it was better than I expected. She’s diligent, persistent and a hard worker. She always responded to my emails. I feel she went over and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this firm, they are experts in bankruptcy and judgments.

I had an exceptional experience working with this company. There was a very high level of care an understanding that was shown about my issues. They were able to obtain a settlement that was right were I needed it to be. I wish I could put more than 5 stars. I truly recommend using them if you need help with your outstanding bills. If I could give more stars I would! April and Alma were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, I was always in the loop at every step. Mr. William Campbell went to trial for me and had the case dismissed today. I am beyond satisfied with their services and I highly recommend!

What are outstanding firm, very helpful and knowledgeable and very experience they know what they’re doing over there nowadays when you’re dealing with the credit card yourself they don’t even want to talk to you do you like to push it through and get you in a default judgment it makes it easy for them and get easy money not only do they tack on the bill they also tack on attorney fees they really took advantage of the Covid situation since all the courts were closed and you had to do everything the legal one and file everything online and you have to do it a certain format but these guys know what they’re doing very experienced very affordable and not once did they question my thought process they always embraced it and they were quick to listen to my cares and concerns they make sure I knew all the scenarios an outcome in certain situations but it all worked out I learned my lesson with the credit card situation but I recommend these guys to anybody especially when it’s concerning the Winn Law group If I would have to give any advice to anybody that’s going through it take care of it early don’t wait to the last minute thanks again Fitzgerald & Campbell
