TRUST AND BELIEVE: Hello, my name is Dolores Gil. I wanted to take this opportunity and share my experience with the law offices of Fitzgerald & Campbell. Last year I was at a complete lost with my debt crisis and after having been "taken for a financial ride" by a well known Debt Relief company, I did not know what to do or how to handle being sued by a big company. I paid my debt and fees and even given a free book called, The Bankruptcy Alternative key to successful debt settlement. TRUST ME, you will NOT GO WRONG with this law firm. I am grateful that I made the call. I learned how to speak to debt collectors on my own behalf and negotiate what I can afford to pay. Thank you once again for giving me my life back.

Like so many others who owe private student loans, I felt for years as if I was "renting" my career as 1/3rd of my paycheck was being used to pay the high monthly amount due to Navient with no relief in site. I was paying interest only as that is all I could afford whereby my principle balance continued to increase. I paid on my student loans for almost 7 years and just could not continue paying the exaggerated interest rates that continued to create stress, sadness and frustration every single month. I need to say that I was instantly relieved when I discovered this law firm. Fitzgerald & Campbell has been here for me through it all. I am making payments to them that are affordable to me and they get it! They really really get it. They do not expect more than is possible for me. The settlement they got for me has been nothing short of amazing! My monthly payment to Navient is affordable and the best part is that there is an end date! Yes! I will be out from under the heavy cloak of student loan debt and I feel relieved. I highly recommend this firm! Do as they recommend to the letter and you too will feel the relief that I have felt for 4 months now - and you can't put a price on that. They'll waste your time and money Cons: I messaged them on the portal they use to communicate that I haven't heard anything for 2 months that I was wondering the status of my case. That was a month ago now and I still haven't heard back (3 months) Pros: They're still good at charging you every month.
