I want to express my deepest appreciation to this law firm for helping me get out of debt. My case involved default on student loans due to loss of income. My case ended June 2019 after 2 1/2 yr of negotiations.
Throughout that time, the staff were caring, compassionate and professional. Mr Campbell was at my trial date and I believe his knowledge and expertise helped me reach an acceptable outcome.

I found Mr. Fitzgerald’s firm via a web search. Looked over his pages and gave them a call. The lady made sure I was prepped and had all the tools I needed for the phone meeting the next morning. Mr. Fitzgerald was also prepared and up to speed on my situation. He not only spoke to the specifics of my situation but also provided the education I needed to understand it. I was very depressed about my B of A credit card. They were not being reasonable about a payment plan. Fitzgerald & Campbell negotiated a fair reduced plan for me. They were great! I will use them again and I recommend them!

These guys are awesome! Had a creditor that wasn’t wanting to settle and using abusive tactics. Got a hold of these guys. The creditor, after receiving the Power of Attorney document still tried to contact us directly. Went to sue the creditor and within 2 weeks, the creditor settled and wiped our debt clean and took the derogatory off of our credit report. These guys kept me in the loop and was there every step of the way. They nailed these guys. They’re highly affordable and I highly recommend! Thank you guys again!

I contacted Fitzgerald & Campbell to handle my $2800 Collection Debt for a towed vehicle that I was no longer responsible for. They were very professional and went above and behind my expectations by giving me additional information about how the process is handled and what I should be doing to prepare. They managed to completely wipe out my debt and I cannot thank them enough for that.
