I have been proven wrong once again! Mr. Fitzgerald has taken care of me one more time. I wasn't thrilled with the way one of my settlements was heading and thought I was being overcharged for the settlement. In anger I rushed to judgment without giving Mr. Fitzgerald the opportunity to make things right! Initially this review was bad, but I have been forced to change my opinion due to the professionalism and understanding of this firm. I made a request of Mr. Fitzgerald to reach a compromise and he accepted. That is the type of law firm most clients should kill to work with. I'm totally please with my results and appreciate the concern and compassion provided to me by Mr. Fitzgerald and his staff! Must recommend this firm, but always make sure you have a clear understanding of the fees and the service to be provided so there are no misunderstandings. I will recommend Mr. Fitzgerald to my friends and colleagues.

Horrible, tried to get an consultation and Adam decided that I could not get a consultation because I preferred using email. They called me twice everyday at the time I am working and expect me to pick up personal calls at work then when I tried calling back at least 3 times no one was available to pick up my calls. Then I asked if it was ok to start s consultation via email then they told me that I have they can't provide me a service!! What a waste of everyone's time!!!! Specially after I sent a lengthily and detailed email in request of my current situation.
