The people at Fitzgerald & Campbell were very fast to respond to any of my messages, and handled the matter very quickly. When the debt collector initially offered a payment plan, they countered with a one time settlement, and got it for me. I do recommend them.

Jen Pedgrift was a huge help in handling my student loans settlement with Navient. All the Navient harassing calls had my anxiety through the roof & thanks to her she got it handled and taken care of.

I had a debt of +92000 that we were able to settle for +17000. They worked diligently with the debtor and I to come to an agreement on a debt I acquired when I was 18 that was originally for less than 40000... To say I'm happy is an understatement

Avoid this establishment. It appears there's a significant lack of effective communication within their office. If you're seeking legal representation that provides regular updates and vigorously advocates for the best settlement, this is NOT the lawyer for you. They readily accepted the initial settlement offer, which contradicts the whole point of hiring a lawyer to defend your interests. Their approach seems lazy. Frankly, I believe I could have negotiated a better outcome independently. I strongly advise against considering them. Updated response: Oh, you thought you ate that huh? Don’t tell a client they can pay Friday and then threaten to sue them by Wednesday. See how that’s not effective communication in your office? I wrote a review about my experience and frankly, you’re terrible. That’s my opinion and my review. Such great customer service I had from Patricia, she always communicated with me from calls to text. She made sure all my questions were answered and help me so much.
