These people really care! And I’m known for a plethora of questions and they were kind and patient as they walked me through the process of clearing debt with a difficult debt collector. Whether you want to clear all your debts or file bankruptcy their fees are reasonable if not competitive so give these guys a try. You won’t be dissatisfied! Patricia was amazing in assisting with getting a settlement agreement within a week. Wages were actively being garnished due to a judgement for a private student loan and Fitzgerald & Campbell was the law firm I needed to get the issue resolved. I am extremely happy with Fitzgerald & Campbell. Had been dealing with a creditor collections way too long, situation just kept getting worst, to the point that they placed a lien on my house. Recently had an issue with nelson & Kennard due to a balance due with bank of America. Nonetheless Fitzgerald & Campbell was able to help, they were able to stop garnishment of my bank funds. And worked with me on getting the funds to repay the collection payment. Very patient until i was ready with funds and nice people to work with especially Patricia.
