Martin Anderson helped me lemon my defective Aston Martin in a timely fashion and with no complications. He got all of the money back that I requested with no problems. He would send me emails discussing the process and would give updates to me the second he got any news about the car. Any time I had a question, Martin was more than happy to hop on a phone call or email. This is my second lemoned car. First one was with another attorney and this one was with Martin. My experience with Martin blows my first lemon experience with the other attorney out of the water. If you have a lemon on your hands and want to get rid of it in the easiest way possible, go with Martin Anderson.

I was completely desperate after purchasing a brand new 2021 $75k Forest River 8336BH RV last year and finding out on day 1 of staying in it that it had been completely infested with Powder Post Beetles & the manufacturer was not only hesitant to do anything about it, but definitely wasn't going to replace it. I searched for Lemon Law Lawyers on the net & Kevin Faulk responded immediately acknowledging it was a clear case with his partner Martin Anderson. After a few months of grinding & no results, I had a full offer to replace the trailer, but not cover expenses. I followed their recommendation to reject...and not only did they crush Forest River in a court case, but I received 2 additional offers with the 3rd one more than double the first...covering all expenses plus a full buy back. Martin would set up the play & Kevin would execute, overcome the defense & go in for the touchdown. They were a great team & communicated through every step of the way. I have never sued anyone and am against legal cases...usually working anything out...but when Forest River postured, this team closed the deal. Martin Anderson personally helped me every step of the way with my Lemon Law claim on a 2020 Honda Pilot.
