We (my sister and I) had trouble understanding our family trust wondering where we actually stood as beneficiaries. After we sent Attorney Harpst our information which he reviewed then explained to us that it was an AB Trust to start with verses an individual trust, so we contemplated taking legal action. As time moved forward different amendments showed up making our heads spin in bewilderment, we sent them to Attorney Harpst and he was able to make sense of them. Brian Harpst is an excellent lawyer who has helped us out on several occasions. He has a knowledge of wills and trusts that is superb. Harpst law also is pretty amazing at business filings for corporations.
