Coming from a family of attorneys who died with elder abuse and fraud connected to their deaths and estates, I have been beside myself dealing with corrupt and incompetent lawyers in the last several years. Out of the hundreds that I have connected with, I can usually tell in a matter of minutes what they are about, especially since I have a degree in psychology which helps me read people a little bit better. Joel has given me endless hours of free help and is the most compassionate, competent, caring attorney I have found since dealing with the probate nightmare you hear about too often with lawyers contributing to the abuse of seniors out of greed. Joel is the exact opposite and has so much compassion that even though he's on overload usually with trials and pending litigation, he picks up his phone and takes the time to listen and help. If he were like most lawyers out there he could have charged me thousands of dollars for his time yet did not. We need more attorneys like him out there to make up for the rest. If his time is open and he can help you, I cannot express enough how I would jump on having him represent you.
