It’s true. This is more than a job to him. I spent all day talking with several lawyers when trying to find one to help me with my case and felt extremely stressed, discouraged, and worried about the cost. My last call of the day was with Lew and it was a breath of fresh air. He didn’t make me feel like a criminal, he wasn’t concerned with the money, he wanted to make sure I knew everything would be OK and he would do everything in his power to make that happen. I was able to sleep for the first time in weeks after speaking to him. I knew he was the lawyer for me. Fast forward to my court date and Lew went above and beyond making it so easy, painless, and provided such a sense of relief. He is the real deal and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with him. If you are guilty of a crime and trying to hire a gunner to help you get away with it, Lewis Rosenblum is probably not a right man for you. I have lived in OC for greater than 30 years as a practicing physician. Over this period I have probably met and worked with numerous attorneys in every specialty of Law. To this date I have not yet met a man like him either as a private citizen or a lawyer. And most likely I never will. Money is not an objective for him. Based on his caliber, expertise, knowledge, and experience, he should be charging twice as much as highest paid attorney in this country. Be quite honest, that still wouldn't be enough for the "quality" and "quantity" of work that he puts into what he believes in. He works so hard, with some sleepiness nights just to make sure his client gets the best possible outcome and a fair trial. Rating this incredibly caring and intelligent man with stars, is not within the scope of his professionalism or character. Believe me. Suffice to say you can consider yourself extremely lucky to have him represent you if he accepts your case. This is exactly what you would be expecting from an attorney who represents you when you are somehow in trouble. An honest, genuine, and tough attorney to stand for your rights if you are honest and sincere with yourself and him. No wonder he was considered as number one top prosecutor in Orange County DA's office for 30 years. He won every case with conviction. My case involved a DUI case. Was charged with both 23152(A) & 23152(B) count. Unfortunately it went all the way to jury trial. With his great skills I was found "not guilty" of all charges. Please be careful with lots of deceptive marketing scams out there showing they were able to "Dismiss" their client's "DUI" cases with BA of greater than .08. Please don't fall in trap for paying tens of thousands of dollars and find out later you made a wrong decision. What they are not telling you is their "plea bargain for other charges" which may be just as bad DUI. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Mr. Rosenblum in protecting me, my family, and my future career. He is the man I will remember for rest of my life for the incredible work he performed in representing and defending me.

Lew is very professional, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and a very caring attorney. I highly recommend him for your legal needs. You will be completely satisfied with his quality of work. I thank him everyday for getting all my charges dropped. I had a robbery and a child endangerment charge. He is more like a mentor. He was there for me and helped me get through the hard times. I had under 3 weeks to prepare for a contempt trial as the petitioner. More importantly, I was representing myself in a quasi criminal court case as the petitioner. Each experienced attorney said the task was absolutely impossible for a non-attorney to handle - until one lawyer referred me to Lew Rosenblum. Thanks solely to Lew's amazingly mentoring & teaching, he walked me carefully through every phase of a criminal case. He prepped me for legal arguments that might arise on certain subjects & provided code sections for me to quote. Lew streamlined my case to its essential elements & gave me the roadmap to get the job done. When the moment of truth came, I had to put on my case with serious pressure from the judge to do things her way. once I pulled myself together, I followed the carefully scripted path that Lew had trained me for. I utilized judicial notice to enter court orders into evidence. I used Google Earth maps & pictures as demonstrative evidence that were entered. And I even was able to enter two social media blogs as relevant evidence of harassment violations, as opposed to using them as proof of facts (which are hearsay & not admissable). The sidebar legal issues that Lew discussed with me were all factors in the case. I was probably the person best prepared to state the arguments on those issues. Near the end of the hearing, the Respondent was convicted of contempt of a court order. Lew had prepared me with the end result in mind. That was particularly amazingly since he figured out a rarely utilized way that I could speak during sentencing. At the very end, the judge complimented me on managing the trial focused on the issues & facts, as well as being very organized. She then said that several criminal trial attorneys would have benefited by seeing how I put on the criminal trial, despite not being an attorney. That compliment is 100% for Lew Rosenblum. Without his expertise & knowledge, blending details & strategic tactics together, there was no way I could have gotten a conviction without his amazing help. I am totally honored & blessed to have met Lew Rosenblum. Unfortunately I expect to be dealing with more contempt violations in the future - but know I am far better off with Lew's guidance.

I live in Colorado but had gotten into some trouble when I was younger in Calif. and because of it was unable to acquire a passport so had to finally take care of it. This was a felony charge so to say I was very concerned on the outcome of this would be a vast understatement. I called several lawyers before I talked to Lewis and when I finally spoke to him it was clear he was the best choice for me. Since I have never hired a lawyer before I have no past experiences to compare him to other lawyers but I will say this. Lewis is one of the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, not only was he very fair on his retainer fee (took 1200 dollars right off the top because of the cost of my airline tickets in having to fly out) but he also told me exactly what to expect unlike some of the other lawyers I had talked to. When I finally met Lewis in California he was nothing but smiles most of the time with a positive energy that was very comforting. He developed a strategy and executed it perfectly. While I was there I had to withdraw some cash from the ATM in the courthouse and this woman approached us and proceeded to tell a story how she had remembered years ago watching him in the courtroom and it always stuck with her how professional and well versed he had been all those years ago. It was kind of like he was a rockstar and she was a huge fan scenario almost. If you need a good honest lawyer then look no further because you will find none better then Lewis Rosenblum. I usually do not give out a 10 rating but Lewis Rosenblum is that exception. He far exceeded every expectation I had and to be quite honest was the best money I ever spent. I truely feel that if Lewis had not represented me the outcome would have been much different and for that I am eternally grateful.

Lew was recommended to me by another lawyer friend. I didn’t know him before I met him two months ago. At our first meeting Lew took time getting to know me and my situation. I felt like he cared about me and wanted to help me and my family. He didn’t just want to win the case - he wanted to win my life back. I knew from reading other reviews that he knew what he was talking about and I put my trust in him. We had additional meetings when Lew took time really understanding the case and walked through the different possible outcomes. He was careful not to get my hopes up, and was very realistic. And yet - when we went to the courthouse I can say that miracles happened. Not only is Lew the most knowledgable and competent lawyer, but he worked in the DA’s office for 30 years and knows how they think and what motivates them. He knows what to stay away from and how to help them. And more than that...he knows everyone there! Even the most skilled lawyer in the world can’t buy connections - and in Lew’s case he has both! I couldn’t be more pleased. I quick word about his fee -- i don’t know what others lawyers charge, so I can’t compare. Personally I was surprised at first at the cost. But now I know that his price is more than reasonable (after asking around) and more than that...I would pay it again in a heartbeat given the results. Perhaps I could’ve paid a little less for someone else - and I’d probably still be in court right now!

My daughter was going to be charged with a felony... and was in a major life crisis. I flew into California to help her and retain a lawyer. The minute I landed at the airport, I called Lew crying, overwhelmed and frightened. I was able to talk to him immediately upon landing and we met him that very day. If your juvenile son or daughter is in need of a Defense Attorney, look no further. Lewis Rosenblum is the very best. My son was a juvenile when he got into an altercation that went very badly and resulted in serious felony assault charges being filed against him, one being a "strike" felony. I can't describe the fear and anguish my wife and I felt in this situation. Thank God a close friend of mine recommended Lew. To top off all of that, from speaking to other parents who had similar experiences, I learned that Lew's fees are extremely reasonable compared to other attorneys who may or may not come close to one of his caliber. The net result of Lew defending my son was astounding. Lew got got all of my son's charges dismissed and got his juvenile records sealed. I walked out of the courtroom dumbfounded, elated and eternally grateful to Lew. Thank you Lew for giving my son the chance to live the good life he deserves to live.
