Mark and his team helped us through a very difficult time, was always on top of our case (most of the time taking care of paperwork, phone calls, etc. the same day!), always responded to any questions, concerns, explained (multiple times) things we didn't understand and would repeatedly ask, calmed our fears, and displayed the utmost respect and integrity at all times. Regardless of the outcome, we felt we were in the best hands possible, and his expertise and hard work resulted in the best possible results we could hope for. I was really at a loss on how to proceed after my car accident and I did not know what steps to take as this was my first major car accident. I have had a wild ride over the last two years, prior to this time I never imagined I would need an attorney, but things happen. Here is the abridged version of my story and how the Law office of Shafer and associates helped me out. Roughly two years ago my wife and I decided to go our separate ways, following our separation I moved into an apartment. After living in the apartment for some time I found black mold around the water heater along with small mushrooms growing in the moist wood.. I was absolutely disgusted! Management initially sent someone out to fixe the water heater and get rid of the mold and mushrooms; but the mold would soon return. At this point I decided it was time to break the lease! My roommate already had existing respiratory issues and I would end up with a head ache within a half hour of coming home. This place was now hazardous to our health. After I moved out of the Toxic apartment I needed to begin my divorce paperwork. Once again I called upon the Law Offices of Shafer and Associates. They have made the process very straight forward and easy to understand. Since my wife and I separated we let our Condo go. Thank goodness the property is now off our hands but the HOA is claiming we owe them backed dues. Once again I called upon the Law Offices of Shafer and Associates. The settlement process has gone well and is nearing a favorable conclusion. I have also worked with the Office of Shafer and associates to have erroneous items removed from my credit report. Over the last year I have also recommended The Law Office of Shafer and Associates to several friends, all have been satisfied by the service they received.

Mr. Shafer was recommended to me through a mutual friend. I was served with an unlawful detainer that gave me five days to respond and I was on day five. I was instructed to come in asap to handle the matter. I came in with all my evidence that I shouldn't have been served with this unlawful detainer. Mr. Shafer had the lawsuit dismissed with in 24hrs and now I can move forward with my life.
