Moises is the man. I had three charges. DUI's and hit and run .He was able to get my hit and run charge dropped and had my fines waived off ! I just ended up having to do 60 hours of community service, and 6 months of an alcohol class. Well worth the money! Don't hesitate to give him a call !!

Mr.Aguilar is a great attorney, one of the best attorney's I have had, and I've had quite a bit (my younger days) very understanding, and doesn't sugar coat anything. He's definitely a REAL ONE! He explained things clearly and outlined that i needed to do. And always gets back to me in a timely manner. So I had a pretty serious DUI case due to the circumstances of my case, and they didn't file on me until 11months, mind you they have 12 months to file on you or its thrown out. Well by then I moved out of state with my wife and 2 kids. So I called Mr.Aguilar, which he has represented my wife in the past, so I was familiar with how good of a lawyer he was. He represented me in court while I was out of state, I flew in last month so we can wrap things up after 8 months of him prolonging my case for me while I was trying to get situated in another state. He got me the best deal I could have asked for. I'm more then pleased with Mr. Aguilar's work, I highly recommend him, hands down!
