After being rear ended by a semi truck, we went with Saar's services. Great decision! Got great medical care that was needed. Then the commercial insurance broker really played hard ball, buy taking Saar's suggestion to file worked out great in the long run. Ending with a fair settlement I was happy with. Took a year, but glad we waited it out. Thanks again!

My experience with Cohen and Swartzon was seamless. I found them on the internet on the day of my accident. Last August, while out for my daily morning walk, I was suddenly and unexpectedly attacked by a pit bull on a leash! My wife and I had just left a show on the 4th of July 2016. We were both in good spirits driving home, reminiscing about the show when out of nowhere we were slammed from behind by another car. Our car spun at least 6 times before it came to a stop and bystanders called out to us to see if were ok. Both of us were bruised and achy. I felt something wet on my face, which ended up being blood. It was not possible to get out the driver's side, so after my wife was helped out of the vehicle I was helped next. The vehicle that hit us from behind was driving in excess of 90 mph. The driver was intoxicated. He didn't have insurance. He wasn't the registered owner of the vehicle. We were told that he too would need medical attention, but then he would be taken off to jail. An ambulance arrived. My wife complained about neck pain, so she was placed on a gurney and carried into the ambulance. I was having difficulty straightening my leg, so it was better for me to be walked into the ambulance where I sat behind my wife and we were taken to the hospital. Not only were we both hurting. We were out a car. My wife and I have medical insurance and I have car insurance, but we were genuinely concerned about how this all was going to work out. Mr. Swartzon and staff handled my claim not only against the Insurance company but then against the government based medical provider who had a lien on my claim. I truly felted and discerned hiring Saar Swartzon initially because of his acts of compassion and empathy to my cause and then because of his straight forwardness and truthfulness and not sugar coating the situation. Mr. Swartzon was able to get me a little over the expected 1/3 % of the settlement when in reality the medical insurance lien would have taken 75% of the entire amount.
