My son received his first misdemeanor charge, but I was still concerned what the consequences would be. We happened to run into her at the courthouse and she offered to help if we needed it. I reached out to her and accepted the help and she re-arranged her schedule to represent him on his court date. Early this year I was going to the worst thing that can happen to anyone, I didnt know what to do, specially when you are being blamed for something you habe nothing to do with. I remember the first time I talked to Shireen, at that moment I was relief because I knew she was gonna take care of my problem, through my case she was always there for me, and she got me a great offer from the court, in other words she kept me out of jail. I interviewed 5 attorneys for my divorce and child custody case before hiring Shireen. Halfway through the initial consultation I immediately knew that I was going to retain her services. She is knowledgeable, articulate and most importantly compassionate. I've dealt with many attorneys through my work and have always been told that at the end of the day the only ones who win are the attorneys because they get paid no matter what the outcome is of the case. I don't feel this way with Shireen. I think her 15 years of experience as being an OC District Attorney has given her the ability to have empathy for her clients. The day before my domestic violence hearing I called her so upset after reading the documents that my ex filed with the court. She calmed me down and assured me that everything was going to be ok any my voice would be heard. And sure enough the next day she came to court prepared with her notes, list of questions and prepped me to take the stand. She then negotiated an agreement with my ex's attorney that ended up in my favor and I was extremely pleased. I truly believe this was because of her aggressive and assertiveness towards the other counsel. She is professional and extremely hands on with my case and I would refer her to anyone.
