If you're looking for someone to represent you when it comes to Immagration court and anything related, this is your place to go! Mr. Duarte was sent like an angel when at my husbands court, we had a shady lawyer, Anya McClean who took advantage of our desperation when looking for someone to represent us during a critical time of need. My husband during his hearing and waiting for Ms. Anya, who would show up half of the times to our hearings...left us hanging and luckily I had observe how Mr. Duarte represented a client of his and had his case closed right before our eyes. I knew he was by far someone we needed to jump on our case and represent us NO QUESTIONS ASKED. He's honest, reliable, detailed, and didn't buy time like our other lawyer just to make more money. I have referred him multiple times and will continue to do so. Also, Duartes staff was always so helpful, polite, and all around very pleasant. Overall he closed my husbands case in 2 hearings Thankful and pleased with our outcome :-)
