I worked as a legal assistant to Joel Thomas several years ago he was awesome but the firm was too. They really care about their clients.

Made the process easy.. responded to all questions in a timely manner.. even when I was impatient...

Honesty is a trait hard to find these days but I found it here and it's appreciated by me. I went to Larry Parker first and they did nothing for 6 months accept screw up my case. Luckily I found DiMarco Araujo Montevideo, fired LP and a month later my case was closed and a fat check was in my hands along with some great advise from my attorney just given to me. If you want honesty and efficiency from your attorney, go nowhere else.

I contacted the DAM firm when I was getting the run around from my employers work comp doctors. First a gentleman named sergio came to my house. And explained what they charge and what services they'd provide and reminded me that legal issues take time and to be patient. I had a million questions and a quick email to the office always got me a response within 48 hours. Which made my life easier than playing phone tag. Am I happy with my settlement. no. I have an injury that will bother me for life. But do I think the DAM firm did everything to get me the max settlement. YES hands down. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had the chance to go back and start over. I was so scared I would be left high and dry because my employer is a HUGE company and very very well known. Although the work comp adjuster was the sweetest lady. She wasnt budging on the settlement offer. yet somehow the dam firm got me.more money. Thank you so much I would reccomend y'all a thousand times because you really worked in my best interest.

Best firm I've ever used. Amalio is an awesome help, as well as Mr. Montevideo. They helped me through my case and I was completely satasfied.
