So far a disappointment, I call and no answer and when they call back they give me the lamest excuse or the old excuse like, we sent you the papers by mail already or we are waiting for workers comp to reply, I guess they are used to dealing with people that just sit and wait til the lawyers call back or something, but so far for me they have been a disappointment, I will never recommend this group to anybody, oh and lets not forget the way they contacted me or the person they sent just to make me sign papers, not professional at all Won't recommend to anybody who needs help with workers comp 👎🏻

DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Do NOT trust these people with your work comp claim. It’s been a few years since I got my settlement and my surgery for my carpal tunnel. They (lawyers) wanted to reopen case but that was shot down and since then I can’t even make a single follow up appointment with a doctor tho I settled for “lifetime medical benefits”. I was told since I had sought counsel then I would have to go thru them (the lawyers) to ask for appointment. Guess what this law firm does; doesn’t return your call. Oh! Except if you post something honest about issues you may have with this office. I even got a lower settlement than I should have (figured after consulting a friend that understands work comp & what I could have gotten to help me.) They (law group) contacted me on last post I made and asked me to take it down. I refused because post was fact based and not just an opinion. Do your homework. Don’t go to these lawyers for work comp issues. Theylll leave you with no resources after I guess they figure they can’t get any more $ out of it after appeal. Cuz as ve been told, since I opted for counsel; any follow up has to be coordinated thru this horrible HORRIBLE office.

The positive: They got me two settlements. The Negative: they dismissed my 132a against my wishes.

This Law Group went above and beyond for my workers comp case and they took it very seriously. I had Phuong as my attorney and Morgan on my case. Morgan would often call in anytime there were any updates just to reassure me everything was going fine and answered all the concerns I had- so patient even if it’s busy. Phuong, my attorney, put all her energy and dedication into my case to make sure I got the best. And I absolutely feel that I received the very best for my case. She also went out of her way to make sure I was okay, and assured she will do anything she can to make sure we close the case right. And we did. I am truly grateful for the justice that was made. I feel so at peace and relieved. All the doubts or worrisome feelings I felt , both of them were there for me and did not let me melt into those doubts I had. They demanded more justice for me than I demanded for myself.They’re so strong. Mentally and so strong-willed and powered. They got it done. I recommend going here. Front desk is a little crazy but once you can see pass that, they’re amazing attorneys.

Need to follow up on calls quicker

After dealing with attorneys, that did nothing for me, I mean nothing. I prayed to be led to a Attorney Firm, that would be honest, caring, and informative. The Prayer led me to Kaeni Law Group, PLC. I've never had a problem with them. My calls are returned, I can call and speak with someone, get answers, and the best legal advice concerning my cases. I would refer this law firm to anyone that needs a lawyer for workman's comp. Thank You Julie, and staff.
