After endless messages and phone calls I will be driving to the office this week to terminate this relationship and get my file.Sooooo very disappointing, and the last thing you need when you're already dealing with an inury and disability!!!!

I have been contacted about my post and wanted to make an edit; I let my lawyer know that all I have said is true and I’ve got supporting documentation. My review is my review of events up until that point. But she was interested in changing my experience moving forward and so for that and recent events and the care I’m now getting I’ve decided to change my rating- up one star. Ive had follow up with my doctor and follow up with the medical coordinator at my lawyers office, who is helping coordinate care and the athorazation process with claims adjuster. All of which I never quite had before. I will still keep the original review as all is true and still important to know to gauge services as a whole.) Go with someone else for for work comp! They don’t return calls. They filed my claim several times with the wrong adjuster- (showing a picture of notice I got today after they again tried to file to wrong company and a copy of settlement check. If I have to go through my lawyer for all my care, as that’s what I settled for, then why don’t they have the right info? It’s like asking your lawyer a question about a law and they say they don’t have that info.) They never call you back until you start getting angry at them and start taking names and dates in which you called and even then! I am currently on hold trying to get someone to speak to me now, after leaving message after message after message with Jay. Julie never has called me back ever. Now I’m stuck with this office as representation and wish I would have done my research and not just gone with the first online hit. This office doesn’t specialize in work como and they plain JUST DONT CARE. Gave them 2 starts because some work was indeed done. All without having any care in the meantime.

Trying to speak to someone or them calling back is frustrating and forget about talking to an actual lawyer . The medical coordinator was horrible she was either never there or didnt return phone calls. The receptionist was rude when answering the phone. I did get a settlement but I felt like the medical treatment wasnt pushed with work comp and they kinda gave up and just wanted me to settle so they could get their money. Once I did settle trying to talk to anyone with questions regarding my case they absolutely ignore me and did not return calls. I had to basically call work comp and get answers about my check myself. I really wish I would have gone with a different firm. On the plus side Maria was actually the only one that was doing her job.

Strange law practice. Very strange.

Usually my gut reactions are pretty precise. Let me say that this firm is very professional and doesn't drag the law process . The staff is very adequate I would especially like to thank Madis for her integrity. Kudos.
