I hired this firm after being rear ended on the freeway. They walked me thru every step. Explained things thoroughly. Do everything they tell you to do, it can be time consuming and sometimes stressful, but if you want the best results you need Steve to do what's necessary. Be patient and follow directions and you will be completely satisfied. Should an incident ever occur again (probably not for this was the first is 70 years) I want Steve in my corner.
